Fujifilm Adds HD Capability to its Digital Cam in India
Fujifilm India Pvt. Ltd. announced that it has added high definition (HD) capability to all of its 14 digital camera models available in the Indian market. HD stands for the ability of digital cameras to offer full compatibility with high definition television (HDTV) systems for both stills and movies, as well as capturing true HD movies (at 1280 x 720 pixels) and widescreen stills (at 1920 x 1080 pixels).
ujifilm has launched four new models of its ‘A Series’ compacts (AV100, AV150, AX200 and AX250) featuring HD image and video capture for the first time on entry-level cameras. The company said these models are easy to use, produce great results and are ideal for people who are investing in their first digital camera.
Fujifilm has also added HD capability to its high performance 2010 digital camera line-up, the FinePix S1800HD and S2500HD. These 12 MP cameras, built around new 15x zoom and 18x zoom Fujinon lenses and Fujifilm’s proprietary image processing, deliver remarkably high quality results all the way from wide angle through to telephoto.
Fujifilm has also introduced the FinePix HS10, an extreme long zoom camera with high speed capture and unique features. This FinePix with HD capability features the world’s first 30x optical zoom with manual zoom mechanism and advanced photographic features.
