When tens of thousands of people gather in one place, there are inevitably going to be a few bad seeds in there – even when it’s an industry event. This year’s CES was no exception.
When Sigma debuted a new 180mm macro lens at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on Tuesday, they didn’t expect that this would be the last time they saw it. The lens is the World’s first 180mm macro lens to offer a 1:1 magnification ratio and one of the three new lenses that Sigma brought to the show.
Since this is a pre-production model, the value of the lens is certainly very high, but we wonder if the person who picked it up knew what they were getting.
