Seller ensured timely delivery, and packaged very well. The case itself is well made: no frays, mis-stitches, or cheap materials. Comes with a fixed belt loop (not adjustable snap or velcro) and a clip shoulder strap. It doesn’t have the padding thickness I anticipated, but not lacking at all.
This case is 2 1/2″. I purchased 2, one for each of my 18v L-Ion batteries (for my Hitachi drill). Perfect fit. Now these $50-$60 batteries are protected, I can carry a spare on my belt, and they can store with the tools without fear of damage.
Check the dimensions before purchase; this is a large case. Perfect for my needs. I may buy another to keep with my laptop (wireless mouse case!).

I prefer a flip top for carrying on my belt – quick, easy retrieval of my camera (rather than unzipping which requires two hands).
