Knit Your Own Photographer Friendly Mittens

As convenient as gloves are for photography, nothing keeps your digits toasty like a nice pair of mittens. The problem with Mittens though, is that you’re incredibly limited when it comes to finger movement.

If you’re looking for the best of both words this winter, the folks at Knitting and More have a pretty brilliant idea. It’s a pair of mittens with a small hole that you can work your index finger through for adjusting settings, using touch screens and hitting the shutter button.

You’ll need to know how to knit to make them, or know someone that does. Still, with a pair of thin gloves underneath we’d imagine that you’ll stay nice and warm through your outdoor winter shooting with a pair of these.
