The folks at the EISA (European Imaging and Sound) have announced their awards for 2012-2013. The awards fall into a variety of categories, from software to cameras and from lenses to printers, but a few companies did well across the board.
Canon took home three awards, including one for the EOS 5D Mark III, the PowerShot G1 X and their Pixma Pro-1 printer. Sony also earned three, with honors for the Cyber-shot DSC-HX20V in the Travel Camera category, the Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 for Advanced Compact, and the SLT-A57 taking the European dSLR award.
Also included was an award for the Tamron SP 24-70mm F2.8 Di VC USD lens, and Sigma’s APO Macro 150mm F2.8 EX DG OS HSM.
