The app is called SloPro and you can pick it up now absolutely free. The free version of the app has a few limitations, the most bothersome of which for most people is the watermark placed on your videos. Upgrading to pro is $ 1.99 through an in-app purchase.
If you have a 4th generation iPod Touch, a 3rd generation iPad or an iPad 2, you can download and use the app, but you won’t get the benefit of slow motion video.
