The BT Tower of London is the site of
the newest world record holder for panoramic photos. 48,640 images
were stitched together to make this massive shot, which would be
right around the size of Buckingham Palace if it were printed out.
The crew used seven Canon 7Ds, each of
which sported a EF 400mm f/2.8L IS II USM lens and an Extender EF 2x
III teleconverter. Finally, each camera was attached to a Rodeon VR
Head ST for the automation.
